Qualifications for Engineers Mate Role
We seek individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Candidates should demonstrate effective teamwork, strong technical aptitude, and mechanical skills. Experience in industrial door installation is preferred, along with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to read technical manuals. CSCS certification is a plus.
